It’s a little cruel, but it’s necessary.. My own kitties don’t really love house plants, but they do really enjoy the culinary delights of various cut flowers.If I have flowers in the house, they will end up dumped all over the table, usually in the middle of the night so I don’t find them until first thing in the morning.

Aren’t pets fun?I could put the flowers up high where the cats can’t reach them, but that’s not where I want to enjoy them.And it’s MY house, darn it!

The Cayenne Pepper Trick.

This one worked for me.Here are the slats that make the base of the bed and that the mattress sits on top of.

There are two sets just like this that run side-by-side.They’re attached together with a heavy ribbon and they stretch nicely into place on the bed.

That stretchy ribbon design will get you nowhere with your bed skirt.It will get you somewhere, but it’s a place where you get so frustrated that you end up yelling at family members just for breathing too loudly in the next room while you’re trying to figure this out.
